Cats on Catnip Wall Calendar 2026

Andrew Marttila is a professional animal photographer best known for his captivating images of felines. He reaches hundreds of thousands of cat lovers through social media where he documents his travels promoting shelters across the country, taking photos for clients, and snuggling his cat, Haroun. Andrew’s photography has been featured in Catster, Vanity Fair, Real Simple, and the Guardian, and on CNN and MSNBC, among others. Andrew is the photographer behind Shop Cats of New York and author of Cats on Catnip. He lives in San Diego, CA.

Andrea Pippins is an illustrator and author who has a passion for creating images that reflect what she wants to see in art, media, and design. Her work has been featured in Essence Magazine, The New York Times, and O: The Oprah Magazine. She has produced artwork for brands such as ESPN, Five Below, Instagram, Sephora, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Malala Fund, Nick Jr., USPS and VH1. Andrea is the author of several books and journals for young readers about community and creativity, and the illustrator of Young, Gifted and Black; Step Into Your Power; and Big Ideas for Young Thinkers. Andrea is based in Stockholm.
